How to make (step-by-step)
Step 1: Mixing the ingredients
Turn on the oven and preheat to 375°F or 190°C. Place 20 muffin baking paper cases in your muffin trays.
Add the margarine, sugar, eggs and flour into a large mixing bowl. I use an electric hand whisk but you can also use a stand mixer to beat the ingredients together until it becomes smooth.
Step 2: Add chocolate chips and bake!
Using a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips until they are well-combined. Now spoon the batter mixture into the prepared baking paper cases.
Put the cupcakes into the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are well risen and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and transfer the muffin tray to a wire rack to cool.

As you store the muffins longer, it will get soggy. To prevent that, before storing them in any container, you have to first make sure that the muffins are completely cooled so that there is no residual heat.
Other than that, you can lay a paper towel on the base of the container and place the muffins on top of it. Then, place another layer of paper towel on top of the muffins. This helps to absorb the moisture.

For the best results, I always recommend using the gram measurements with a digital scale. Cup measurements are just not accurate enough and usually cannot guarantee the best results.
